    Steps for Completion
  1. Sauté the onions, squash, peppers, and garlic until soft.
  2. Add the grain mix and cook for a 5 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the broth and water. Raise the heat until starts to boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for a half hour.
